ubuntu 下 edirect 中的 xtract 需手動下載

執行 xtract 時出現以下訊息

Unable to locate xtract executable. Please execute the following:

  ftp-cp ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov /entrez/entrezdirect xtract.Linux.gz
  gunzip -f xtract.Linux.gz
  chmod +x xtract.Linux

這個 ftp-cp 還要先這樣安裝：

sudo apt install ncbi-entrez-direct
